I’m Teresa, an experienced designer from Ireland based in Stockholm. I work at Ericsson Sweden’s Experience Design studio. I bring unconventional thinking, playful tones, and storytelling to my advertising, research, innovation, and product design work. I work fast, challenge my role, and thrive in interdisciplinary collaboration.
Ericsson
I collaborate with Ericsson on projects in Sweden and Ireland, working with global teams on innovative technologies like 5G network slicing, extended reality, and automated asset management software.
I work in ConsumerLab, currently, focused on developing 5G monetization opportunities for telecom operators with the global Startup5G program and emerging startups.
I help organize Ericsson UX Hangouts and Conferences for designers globally. We arrange for inspirational speakers to share their experiences in Design and Technology. I also speak at these events on collaborating with hybrid cross-functional teams.
When I am not working:
I am a judge for FWA, part of a global team of over 300 judges from 35+ countries who vote on innovative projects by individuals, agencies, and brands.
I lecture with Hyper Island University sharing my knowledge of prototyping and concept work as well as filmmaking and storyboarding lectures with KTH University.
Support and Advice: I'm an advisor and mentor to new designers at Ericsson Stockholm. I organized global Ericsson UX Hangouts and founded the Ericsson Stockholm book club. I'm trained in leadership and hybrid collaboration.
Personal Growth: I am exploring tangible communication mediums with 3D, graphic prop making, and illustrations.
Mindful Time: I produce Irish theatre, table quizzes, swim, read thrillers, and attend cinema events.
In the past:
I was part of the global team Design Calendar, working to improve design standards and visibility around the world. As the Stockholm Chapter Curator for Sweden, I contributed monthly to the Design Calendar Print Edition, mainly in content design and development.
I joined Designit Global Connections and collaborated with studio representatives globally to create new formats for delivering studio drives, feedback, and community events.
I was a founding member of Re: Create, a platform for international design feedback, and conducted a portfolio clinic to mentor students in design courses.
Portfolio clinic in collaboration with Offset Dublin Design Festival 2018 and EACH&OTHER, mentoring students in Degree and Master’s courses offering advice and feedback for professional growth.
I mentored at CoderDojo, a programming club for young inventors. I was also in the People’s Advisor Network at Accenture, driving new ventures and promoting positive culture.

I mentored new designers at Designit Stockholm and provided career guidance to KTH students. My mentorship included interview preparation, identifying passion areas, and offering advice.
I advised the Studio Culture team (Fjord Dublin), was a representative on the LGBTQ Ally panel (Accenture), and a member of the Mental Health Ally group (Accenture). I also participated in personal growth initiatives, including The Visual Biscuit Craft Group (The Dock), Visual Design Guild (Fjord Dublin), and Extended Reality Capability Team (Fjord Global).
